Product Information: Go Ducks! 150th Anniversary Christmas Ornament
Exquisite Craftsmanship and Intricate Design Highlights
The various parts of this ornament have been carefully brought to life through the use of high-resolution UV printing technology which is built into a thick, polished acrylic disc that is 1.5 cm clear. In the foreground, where it is visually prominent, the much-loved mascot—The Duck—stands cheerfully on a stone pedestal inscribed with the well-known phrase “GO DUCKS” and is raising his index finger in a “We’re #1” position. He is wearing the traditional forest green jersey with bright yellow trim, has white feathers and yellow webbed feet. On the right hand side there is a stunning, illuminated scale drawing of Autzen Stadium, featuring clean turf marked “OREGON“, glowing glass concourses, and tall stadium pylons displaying the bright yellow “O” logo.
The area around the venue is a peaceful winter woodland filled with snow-covered evergreen fir trees, pine needles, and faintly visible red holly berries. In the distance, under the gentle twilight, the magnificent mountains with snow on their peaks rise, bordered by the historic campus clock tower. At the base of the scene is a detailed three-level banner which states “UNIVERSITY OF OREGON / 150TH ANNIVERSARY / 1876 – 2026” in bold type. On top of the clear bauble there is a decorative gold crown cap featuring a filigree pattern and an embossed green “O“, which is securely attached to a rich deep-green velvet ribbon so that it can be hung easily.
